Best Hotel Staff, in New Jersey. Hands down.
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible hospitality and kindness you showed my family and me during a very challenging time in our lives. After losing everything in a house fire, we found ourselves in need of a place to stay, and your hotel became a refuge for us.
During our two-week stay, every member of your team treated us with such warmth and compassion, making us feel welcome and supported. Your friendly demeanor even extended to our dog, Whiskey, which meant so much to us.
We had initially stayed at a neighboring hotel, but the lack of empathy and friendliness there only highlighted how fortunate we were to find you. Your kindness made a difficult situation a little easier to bear, and we are truly grateful for that.
Thank you once again for everything. You made a difference during a tough time, and we will always remember the care and support you provided.
