The pool area was beautiful & the staff was nice. The beds are terrible & rooms are small. Our tub was gross looking & they were working on a room next door and stuff backed up into our tub which was disgusting. There was no warning given, but they knew when I called down what was happening.

Loved staying at the Embassy Suites here in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!
We ended up checking in very late but was able to check in quickly.
The breakfast was well organized and such a plus. The facilities and room are very clean. I will definitely stay here again!
The view from out balcony was stunning!

We stayed here for 1 night as a birthday getaway for my fiancé. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The room was nice and spacious with a nice view the room was clean except for the spider webs on the Delilah’s near the patio door. The suite was very homey and happy hour with a complimentary drink was a bonus. Check out was also very quick and easy. Definitely will stay again!

Fabulous option in Phoenix/Paradise Valley/Scottsdale - 5 stars all around!

Everything was perfect about our visit! Two adults and teenager spent four nights here and we loved everything about the hotel. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The suite we had was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We chose a room that looks out over the pool, the golf driving range, and the mountains in the distance. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and the employees making the omelettes were so friendly. You can get omelets, pancakes, waffles, fried eggs, etc. Then there is a separate buffet line with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and meats. They also had yogurt, fruit, milk, cereal, bagels, English muffins, coffee, and juice. Seriously the entire stay was perfect. The pool was clean and heated. Never overly crowded when we were there. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Seems like a great option for both business travelers and family/leisure travel.

Nice Place to Stay / Be careful re location though

We really enjoyed staying here. Found it to be very quiet, which was nice. The mountain view rooms are especially nice. Our only negative experience was the guy who checked us in (Sat. Feb 1 at 3 pm), who was rude and unhelpful. For example, when we asked for a little clarification on the charges, because his initial explanation was unclear to us, he said in a very irritated tone, "Did you hear what I just said?!"
Anyway, it's a nice place to say, BUT BE FOREWARNED, there are 2 Embassy Suites in the area, one which is actually in Scottsdale and the other one (which is where we stayed) is actually in Paradise Valley but which they advertise as being both as being in Scottsdale, I guess because the name Scottsdale has more cache.
In short, we really liked the Paradise Valley location. We did happen to drive by their other hotel in the area --- which is actually in Scottsdale--- and we were glad we weren't staying there. It's on a busy and noisy street and a more urban location. The Paradise Valley location is much nicer. Anyway, I'd strongly recommend staying at the hotel on Paradise Valley Parkway in Paradise Valley and NOT the one on Scottsdale Road.
