Nice, clean place to stay.

We checked in at noon on a Friday. The lady at the counter was super friendly. We got a king room, exactly like we had reserved. I had also requested a 1st floor room on my reservation and they responded a day later that my request was granted. This was the first time ANY hotel/motel had responded to my request with a follow-up email. The room was very nice, the bed oh so comfortable. Big screen TV. Nicely remodeled room. Breakfast in the morning was a little sparse, but it was OK. The price was fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend the America's Best Value Inn in Monroeville.

Terrible experience. Pictures are not reality what you will get!

Terrible experience. Picture of this hotel does not match reality! I came there with my son to stay one night in trip to Pensacola. They had only one chair inside to sit, however manager gave as second chair. No microwave oven as advertized. LIght was not working. No free breakfast as well. Floor was damage with excuse of remodeling. Most important aircondition unit was old and weak so it was hard to properly sleep. Terrible experience. I recommend to forget and avoid this hotel. For $67 we could not even sleep properly. Bathroom and shower was clean - only one positive event.

RIDICULOUS!!!

NASTY ~ NASTY ~ NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of MOST DISGUSTING FACILITIES in Monroeville, Alabama; our EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!!! We will NOT recommend this Inn to anyone who is traveling for pleasure; it maybe an acceptable stop for truckers, but not for a casual family stop. The exterior appears to be presentable, but the rooms, if consistent with the one that we were in, was filthy and the decorum is the least to be desired. Do not be fooled by the rate!!!
I have been waiting for an opportunity to review this particular lodging facility; so Thank You So Much, for making this possible to submit.

Home away from home.

In all, it was a nice comfortable stay with a nice breakfast every morning. Room clean service every single day of our stay without a miss. The property owner is so customer friendly, and gives the customer needs as her utmost priority. Many restaurants like Huddle House, Subway, Pizza Hut and other regional food places are just a two drive from this place. And, for other stuff, you have Walmart as always nearby to this hotel.
