Friendly and Helpful staff.
Breakfast was good and plentiful. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
My only complaint was parking. The spaces are tiny and very difficult to navigate.

So in general the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable but, if your an EV driver looking for a place to sleep and wake up to a full charge without emptying your wallet, pass.

Nice room not so good for EV drivers
The room was good. Bed was good, shower was hot but water pressure just OK. (Must be water saving shower head because it came out weak) The bath towels were a bit short as well. The free breakfast coffee was mediocre and the breakfast was OK. Room was nice and clean. I drive my EV places with my wife and have to admit Nashville's surcharge of $30 or more a night for parking while you stay at a hotel is kind of rough. But they had chargers which secured my choice. Except, the Charge Point Level 2, which are slower chargers, had a pretty surcharge connected to them as well. You can plug in and go to sleep and wake up to a charged car but it will cost you. Instead of paying normal rates you pay an hourly rate that's 300% higher than anywhere else. It was cheaper to go out and fast charge outside of the parking garage, which is what I ended up doing. So there is no real value in staying here if you have an EV. This bothered me so much I think I will stop looking for Hiltons because of this kind of up-charging and just start to look at Marriott or other hotel chains. I was looking for convivence and a little cost savings but alas. What also bothered me is there is no mention of this anywhere on their site. When I called to ask about their EV charging they made no mention of the fee either. They hotel clerk even laughed when I mentioned the cost per hour saying, well that's Nashville.
