Had a few issues but was able to speak with the manager this morning as leaving. Amy was very understanding and empathetic to my concerns which led me to leave a good review.

Super quiet and clean. The pool was warm and refreshing. The hot breakfast was a big hit with our family who loves huge waffles. We would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come through the Greenville area again.

Fake charges

We stayed at this hotel during the world 100 weekend. Things seem to go pretty well until I received my bill. I was charged an extra $150 for a smoking fee. I have never smoked a cigarette in my life I tried to resolve this with the office staff to no avail. I was basically called a liar. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel, unless you want extra charges on top of an already inflated room rate due to the race.
