Clean, recently remodeled I think but the tub was not replaced and showing wear. HVAC unit was quiet. Shower heads were high but water pressure was low and I was on the first floor. Over all not bad for the price. I would stay there again.

Awful service and disgusting room

We arrived after an 8+ hour drive, exhausted and ready for a shower and bed. However, the room was filthy, so we asked for a different room. The staff refused to give us a different room, or to clean the room, or to even give us cleaning supplies. I showed the front desk man the photos of the dirty tub, dirty floors, and dirty, broken closet door, and he rolled his eyes at me and told us to get out. He threatened to call the cops if we didn't leave. Because you won't give us a clean hotel room that was already fully paid for??? Please, let me talk to the cops about your ridiculousness. We had to call Expedia first to see if we could get a refund, and the hotel said that they would only refund 3 days because we "trashed" the room. We didn't trash it, we took down dirty towels and had used soap after the bathroom, and had turned down the covers before we discovered dirty sheets, pubic hairs, and an uncomfortable mattress. The poor treatment and disgusting room ruined our vacation. I have included photos of the dirty sheets, dirty tub, filthy floors, and a dirty handprint on the wall where someone clearly had sex over the mini fridge. Don't book with these @ssholes who won't fix problems with THEIR hotel, and treat people like sh*t.

Nothing fancy, not like the photos provided here at all. Service was average, although they were very pleasant when i asked to change rooms.

Dont waste your money!!!

Place is disgusting staff is rude place is the worst overall hotel in goshen!! I wouldn't even want my worst enemy to stay here if that tells you how gross it is! Pool is freezing cold cant even swim in it. Place needs to be shut down or new owners overall
