Room smelled like dirty underwear and lukewarm shower
The two most important features of a hotel room, cleanliness, and a cleanliness, and a hot shower, and this hotel cannot get it right.
I had booked two nights at this hotel, but ended up canceling the second night.
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have found that the quality has declined tremendously.
The room I was given on this visit smelled like dirty underwear. The odor made me sick to my stomach. The shower was warm’ish never hot.
Having checked in after 11 PM, after traveling all day, I didn’t feel like fighting with the front desk that night. When I checked out in the morning, I mentioned my complaints to someone behind the front desk, and all she said was that I should have contacted them the previous night and they would’ve given me another room. Now here is a tip for management: when your guests check in late after traveling all day, they’re tired and just want a bed and a hot shower. They don’t want to have to schlep their luggage around from pillar to post trying to find a room that doesn’t stink. There was a gentleman sitting behind a computer monitor in the small office area, listening to my complaint and watching this whole interaction. I don’t know if he was the manager on duty, but I am guessing he was. Now if I was managing that hotel, I would have gotten up from behind the desk and taken the opportunity to make things right. But instead, he sat there and listened to my complaints and didn’t do a thing. And I would bet dollars to donuts that room number 320 still reeks of dirty underwear and the water is still lukewarm.
Terrible lodging deserves zero stars.

We are excited to share that we are currently in the process of planning a major remodel scheduled to begin in the fall of 2025. This renovation will address some of the concerns mentioned, including updating the furniture.
We hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future and experience the improvements firsthand.
