Lovely getaway

Like the resort very much, very well situated in downtown chandler, has everything that you need to relax from 2 restaurants, bar and lovely pool, and surrounded by more restaurants, lovely park and more.
The hotel lobby is nicely done, and the adjacent outdoor area is welcoming.

Renovated Apartments

One night expensive weekday stay. Lobby , lobby bar, event area, and pool space would be 4-star. The room was very dated with comfortable beds. The location is perfect for walking to bars and restaurants in the local area. We would recommend this “resort” for its convenient location.

Nice lobby and a wonderful pool. Rooms are basic and could use more care/worn furniture, patio door difficult to open, patio furniture is basic. Be sure to ask for a room that doesn't overlook the parking lot...It's loud in the mornings.

While our stay was Wonderful, we ran out of towels, cups and Kleenex. We went to the front desk for some and some were brought to the room. We never did figure out the housekeeping schedule. They did not freshen up our room even once during our six night stay. However, we enjoyed Crowne Plaza Phoenix as a resort overall. There are many more positives than negatives.

Excellent business, adult, or family destination!

My dogs and I LOVED this resort! Every employee, from the banquet servers to the Sales Director, Jill Turski, provided exceptional service! The Crowne Plaza San Marcos Resort is perfectly situated in Old Town Chandler. The resort has wonderful restaurants, a beautiful pool, and a maze of beautiful scenery with the classic Arizona ambience. If you choose to venture off property, the resort is surrounded by an eclectic collection of eateries, bistros, and breweries.
