I’d stay here again, but I’d ask for a better room away from traffic areas.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet.
The service, sadly, didn’t match the hotel’s offering. Many staff members came across as unwilling to help, and even tried moving our party from areas, having been told to sit there by other staff members.

The bed, pillow blankets are super comfortable and we had uninterrupted sleep throughout the night. The room temperature is just nice we set at 19-22 degrees.
The bathroom is not spacious but just nice for 1 person. However the bathroom floor is alittle cold as the hotel did not provide slipper. The amenities are decent shampoo/bath gel/conditioner big bottle sizes with small soap though we prefer hand gel and hand lotion as it is cold weather.
The room has a spacious corner for closet and luggage, that is very good for my husband and I.
However there's only 1 chair for reading and the light/lamp are a little dim maybe we can call it cozy [ Brtish style ].
