From the moment I arrived, the service was the best I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. Every little detail was taken care of, from the personalized postcard welcoming us to the complimentary umbrella to use while out exploring the city.
The room itself was fantastic – comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. The modern yet vintage aesthetic gave it character, with thoughtful touches like a vintage radio and an old-fashioned landline phone that added to the charm. The fully stocked fridge and snack bar were a nice bonus.
The hotel’s restaurant and bar were also top-notch, offering a wonderful place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Speaking of which, the location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the underground and right across the bridge from Borough Market, it was perfectly situated for exploring the best of London.
For the level of service, comfort, and luxury provided, I would say the value was exceptional. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend Vintry & Mercer to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in London.

A very short walk from St Paul’s and the Thames, close to tubes and also the NCP parking. Quiet and tucked away while being very accessible.
The room was beautiful and quirky, with the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on.
The rooftop bar has a great view for a champagne at sunset.
Wish we would have had a few more nights but we will stay again.
