Dismal check out

Great check in , all hotel services explained, sadly check out the opposite, checked out night before leaving to save some time , Marco checked me out, asked if I had consumed anything from the bar in the evening, told him just a red wine which I had paid for, he started to walk past me to the bar, said to him again I paid for the wine, his reply was we have to check that’s what we do , oh ok maybe he does not believe me . He returned printed out the invoice, handed it to me saying nothing, nearly £1200 invoice for 3 night stay , no thanks, how was your stay , he looks like he wants to somewhere else .
Shame really as hotel is in a great position, lovely room with all you need , breakfast staff excellent, and good varied choices of food. I had meals in the restaurant, not a large menu, but meals excellent served by attentive staff. Shame all the good work let down by a dismal check out

Our first holiday with the grand children, they really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson, nice spacious room and swimming pool

Excellent service

I was just in the radisson blu to get some information about book a large number ot rooms upcoming event in Edinburgh. Had a love chat with Sarah on the front desk who was extremely helpful and so nice. Will definitely be back. Thank you again sarah
