Amazing staff
Sheraton towers creek is at a very good location , metro only 10 min walk from hotel & the boat is only 5 min walk . Hotel itself is at a very good standard & like I said it’s the friendly staff that makes us want to come back here . I can assure I will be back here again .

Great staff, very attentive and happy to serve. Thank you Zhanara ( front desk .manager ) for the great check-in. Thank you Angela for the daily wake up call.
The breakfast spread was vast, my missus with her gluten allergy was happy with the food offerings. Thank you to the breakfast chef Sneha; head chef Joseph; service staff Devorah and M.D. and the many other staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
The Club room was a treat, thank you to Joy and all other staff in there for their attentive service.
Our final thanks to Sukhram; Divya for cleaning our room daily and to Umar the pool man.

Creek side room with a wonderful view , which we enjoyed thoroughly!
All areas of the hotel were spotless , and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job !
The on-site pub served excellent food and also had Happy Hour each evening.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Can’t stop returning!
There is a renovation of the path along creek underway but it doesn’t cause too much noise (sleep was unaffected) other than when they’re working directly in front of the pool. Clearly this is out of the control of the hotel.
