New Year Celebrations and fantastic vacation
We were not disappointed and once again the hotel lived up to the high standards you would expect .
The cleanliness, the facilities , location and choice of restaurants were excellent.
However a special mention to The New Year eve gala dinner team at Cala Vista.
It was a stunning location overlooking the ocean and a great vantage point to watch the fireworks display .The meal was 5 courses of the highest quality and the entertainment tremendous .
All the above is important but we would say the people at the hotel is the stand out point all professional and polite and went out their way to deliver any of your needs .

The best in Dubai, endlessly.
We have been loyal Jumeirah guests for a number of years now and really feel welcomed every time we arrive back at our favourite destination. From the staff, greeting us by names on arrival when being taken to the club lounge for dedicated and more private check-in, right through to every member of the entire hotel staff, we always feel extremely at ease.
Christmas time in Dubai provided a lovely climate, encompassing the best of both worlds; warm days on the beach and pleasant evenings making it comfortable to eat outside at all outlets. We felt the pools were a little cooler than we like but this was only due to the breeze so we preferred to spend our time on the beach on this occasion.
The hotels are constantly refurbished and all restaurants kept up to date with vast options on the menu.
We greatly appreciate the way Jumeirah make us feel and believe the hotel is one of the best in the world. Gloria & the guest relation team really are fantastic.
Particular thanks go to the team at the Amal Lounge – Trishna, Leena, Shipu, Moeen to name a few. Your service excels and is perhaps the main reason we enjoy returning to Dubai so often.
Again, Reja continues to wear the biggest smile in the resort and greeted us daily, ensuring every day of our stay started in a happy, relaxed mood.

A magical Christmas Stay
Our Christmas stay at Mina A’Salam was unforgettable. The hotel blends Arabian elegance with modern luxury, offering spacious rooms with stunning views of the waterways and Burj Al Arab. The festive decorations and warm hospitality created a magical holiday atmosphere.
Dining was exceptional, with the Christmas Eve dinner being a highlight, featuring delicious food, live music, and flawless service. We enjoyed exploring Souk Madinat Jumeirah, relaxing on the pristine beach, and taking scenic abra rides.
The attentive staff made our stay truly special. Mina A’Salam is a perfect destination for a luxurious and festive getaway. Highly recommended!
