Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note Physical ID is required upon check in to the property Guests will have access to alternative spaces in the meantime, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As part of the United Arab Emirates, Ras Al Khaimah and Hayat Island are in development, neighbouring plots may experience activities that could, on occasion, lead to disturbances for our guests. We want to assure you that we have taken measures to maintain the comfort of our guests and ensure their stays remain enjoyable. The resort premises itself do not have planned construction or works. Please reach out to us for more details, where required. Adjacent to the resort, there are activities to remove the causeway/breakwater and installment of a sinking groyne, near the left side of the beach with an estimated completion date of 29 January 2025 with a temporary break between 23 December 2024 and 02 January 2025. While some disruptions may occur during this period, we are taking all necessary measures to minimise any potential impact on our guests’ experience. We expect our beach and operations to remain largely unaffected. For guests who may be particularly sensitive to such activities, we recommend booking our Club InterContinental rooms and suites or our Seafront and Beachfront Pool Villas, as these accommodations are located furthest from the site.
