We had one major problem...there was a bad smell in the bathroom that seemed to come from the drains and it stayed throughout the trip, this was a big spoiler in the lovely hotel.
The doormen are excellent, very helpful.

Would highly recommend booking a treatment at their spa, as well as reserving a table for the afternoon tea at the lounge. We'll be back!
