Short stay in Superior Penthouse Suite

The hotel and rooms are very nice We enjoyed our stay very much. The reception staff was friendly and professional. We've known Sarain for 7 years, during stays in 2024
we realized it wasn't the same as before. Since December 2024, the new managing director has changed a lot for the better. There are 2 new restaurants and the food I can really only recommend. The service top, professional and very friendly. At this point I wish the new team all the best and a successful season.

Super cool accommodation, with air up to provide the 5 star service.

The hotel has been renovated with great attention to detail, homely oasis of well-being.
On arrival the reception was not a cottage magic, rather ooh you are much z early!
The information about the booked 4 course dinner, when and where this is possible is completely wrong, the reception staff should be better instructed.
Very good gastronomy concept with the various restaurants, therefore also partly higher prices, especially in the wine list.

Nice hotel with very good value for money

We have been to Hotel Sarain several times and can only recommend it. Rooms are very nicely decorated in Alpine chic, stylish restaurant, menu with manageable but good selection. Spacious parking situation.

Relaxing stay

Rather long wait in the pizzeria otherwise everything wonderful. Pizza also delicious. Nice room. Great place for hiking. Small wellness area is available. Nice staff. E-bikes were available and cool bike paths with views nearby.

Very well maintained 3 star hotel that more than deserves the addition Superior.

All to the full satisfaction. Very well maintained rooms, quiet and cozy spa, good cuisine. Staff courteous.
Could go showering in the afternoon (after checking out) after my sporting activity .
