Asked for a quiet room and got it, although the view of the backs of other buildings in a narrow alley/courtyard through our small window was definitely not exciting! Otherwise, breakfast was fine, reception was pleasant, location was great.

Pleasant surprise

Much better than expected. Two stars more than right. The bathroom a little narrow, but good. Ideal for a weekend and for young people because the situation I think will be the best of a hotel in Zaragoza. Plena Plaza España. Very good breakfast too. Parking if you take little luggage I recommend the one on SAn Clemente Street. Many places, close and easy to enter and exit.

The room we rented was ok but the bathroom terribly dirty.
The flat is badly noise isolated and the heater / clim are always sending warm air.
The price we payed is not reflecting the condition of the room

Upon checking in, We were told by the front desk lady that our stay has a free breakfast. But the lady in the breakfast area charged us $7.50 each. She didnt believe us thast we were told that we have a free breakfast. Thats rude and theres no consistency with the rules.

Great location and staff, affordable, but room needs renovation

By far the best part of this hotel are the staff and the location. This small, affordable hotel is well-situated in a central plaza, with a few fast-food restaurants right outside. The hotel has arrangements with a couple nearby underground parking lots for reduced-price parking. It was a little tough getting in late at night since one of the lots was gated shut, but the night staff helped us figure out the other lot, and after that everything was fine for later nights. Staff were helpful and friendly. As well, although the breakfast was simple and had limited hot options, it was good value for the price, and they let us reserve it for the next morning upon arrival even though we got in late.
That said, we found the room itself quite uncomfortable, despite only using it as a place to sleep for two nights. The AC was fairly weak, even compared to similar hotels struggling with the July heat, and we got quite hot at night, though the provided fan did help. There wasn't much floorspace to open carry-on suitcases without impeding walking. Finally, the bathroom was strangely designed: the shower was so narrow that you can't face outward and instead must face the wall when washing your hair, and the faucet so close to the edge of the sink it's hard to get anything underneath the water, for example. The bathroom also lacked some helpful amenities, like a shelf for toiletries. Adding the latter would help, even if renovation isn't possible.
