A must
Lots of signs so you can find it easily
On arrival there are plenty of spaces to park and only a 2mtr walk to the door.
The reception staff are fantastic and make you feel welcome soon as you step through the door. We checked in with Andre who was charming, spoke excellent English and was more than helpful.
Our room was at the front and the views were amazing.
We don't normally eat in our Hotel but decided as we were tired we would. What can I say but FANTASTIC FOOD AND SERVICE. We decided that we would eat in every night.
For those who are gluten intolerant or coeliac the menu caters for you.
A shuttle bus is available to take you up into the old town x3 in the morning and it's literally a 20min walk back, down hill. I can't praise the Ilgo enough. It's a must for us on our next Perugian stay.

Unpleasant experience!
Constant maintenance and renovation would be required, especially of the bathrooms inside the rooms. In fact the bathroom in my room was very dated, especially the shower. While I was showering, the shower (or shower phone) caused two cuts on my palm because it was old and a sharp piece of plastic was coming out. I notified reception and it was replaced. Certainly if they had checked the bathrooms, this would not have happened. Also, little water came out of the shower.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good but I had not been notified that on Wednesdays the restaurant is closed. Nor was it written anywhere. Another miss!
Breakfast is decent but the room is just old, like 70s!!!
The hotel is out of the way. Near walk there is nothing.

Maybe 2 stars?
Blind bathroom, small, with broken toilet donut, shower we avoided for poor cleaning. Carpet full of dust on the floor, bed with mattress to change.
Hotel left behind 30 years. Decent breakfast for the rest to avoid.

Strategic location, quiet
Location , secluded, quiet.
Nice room, very comfortable on the fourth floor, completely renovated.
Good breakfast.
Very professional and friendly staff.
We will definitely be back.
