Two good days

We stayed for one night, hotel with great location to reach the old town and the old port.
Good value for money
Breakfast varied and plentiful.
Well-heated rooms, although a bit small, the staff is very courteous.
Personally I would recommend it.

Hot room but neat and clean older hotel.

Our hotel room was nice, Standard for European hotel. The bathroom was nice except for the shower. The entrance to the shower door was so narrow as you can tell from the pictures. I would say the entrance to the shower, maybe 8 inches wide, which made it difficult to get in and out. The only issue we had besides the shower entry is the cooling of the room. The thermostat always said 25 c (77F). The remote set was at 16C but the temp never changed from 25C. We told the front desk and she sent someone to come and look at it. They said they had to call a repairman. A repair man came and did look at it according to them. However, the temperature never changed. It stayed the same inside the room and the handheld remote control never changed. It was hot. I did not see a reason to ask again because I also am aware that many hotels control it from the reception area. The room was clean and front desk was nice.

Next time we will choose another hotel

We stayed at this hotel. I made the reservation on the hotel's website for a double matrimonial room. At the reception we were given a small room, with a double bed and a single bed, very small, with a view to the back and in which it smelled very bad. I went to the reception and requested the room I booked, the comfort double.We received the paid room but we were told why the 3rd bed in the room bothers us. Now let me tell you about the accommodation. The room needs renovation, in fact the whole hotel. The carpet is very dirty, the walls dirty, the bathroom very small. The shower was terrible, the water had no pressure, you could barely wash yourself and the shower cabin was very small. You couldn't wash. Thr hotel is well located, the breakfast is acceptable, it could be even better. Towels were changed daily. The room was facing the main street, so very noisy. very thin walls between rooms. I would not recommend this hotel for picky eaters. Next time we will choose another hotel.

Nice hotel in the centre of Genoa

Very nice hotel 500mt from Genova Piazza Principe railstation. Spacious room, very nice breakfast room (nice fresco on the ceiling ) . Good breakfast (only lack is the cappuccino self made with the automatic café machine).
Staff very kind. Very good experience with an accessible price.

Weekend in Genoa. Hotel near the station and a short walk from the historic center. Rooms small and too hot. We slept with the window open as central heating with cast iron radiators. Bathroom a bit worn. Average cleaning of the premises. Good breakfast instead. Courteous staff. Value for money a bit high.
