Great location, great staff

Parnell St is right in the middle of everything you want; easy walking to historical sites or for anything. Transit is easy to take. Rooms are on very small size but doable unless you plan on staying in the room for your stay. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Continental Breakfast nice option and if you book through them it is included with stay. Only con I have is there is only one outlet on one side of the bed. Stayed here twice during this visit so can't be all that bad. I would definitely stay here again,

A wonderful Dublin Hotel experience

This is the perfect hotel about 20 minutes walk to Dublin City Centre. I have just spent 5 nights there and can honestly say I always felt welcome by Reception Staff coming in and out. My room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. The public lounge area is really comfortable. I definitely plan to book with them again when I return to Dublin.

Never here again

When design errors like a glass door for the bathroom were pointed out the defense offered was, Well it's a boutique Hotel.
If you travel with a companion, using the bathroom light makes the sleeping area very bright.
No fridge
No closet or dresser
Not very functional hangers on the wall.
A door that will not latch unless given a serious yank shut.
The place you hang your wet towel is directly over the toilet tissue..
Should you be 6' in height your knees will bang the bath wall.
All in all a proper cock-up in design.
4:30 the night prior to checking out we had to scour the hallways to get our own towels for a room not serviced all day.
We would not come back.

Only BBC tv in public areas - what an unusual policy in a Dublin hotel

The tv in the bar area was on BBC and we requested that it be changed to RTE. We were informed that the hotel policy is that only BBC can be shown. We pointed out that the hotel is in Dublin which is in Ireland so surely they should have Irish channels in public areas. Won’t be coming back here again.

Great location.

This hotel is in a great location. Able to walk to just about any area we wanted. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were small but very clean and well maintained. We weren’t in our room a lot, but there was a nice cocktail area as well as breakfast available. We did a day tour and this hotel was minutes from our pick up site which made our early start much more manageable.
