Amazing experience at vista for dinner !

I recently visited vista for dinner. I’m a Taj spa member and lands end is like a second hole for me! and I must say Taj is absolutely impeccable when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction! Brilliant food and amazing service by Mr Keshav! Taj is truly a place where Guest is God :)

Excellent customer service

An excellent stay at Taj Land’s End. A special thanks to Rakesh Rupesh Rajiv Brijesh and Bharat in the club lounge and Ashish in Vista. I broke my wrist, resulting in an operation and Taj were brilliant, sorting out a car to take me to the hospital and sending someone with us to help through the process there. The staff all kept making sure I was ok, especially the restaurant manager, Janhvi.
Food at Masala was great, especially the lobster.
Location is great for shopping
Will definitely return to stay in better circumstances

Banquet

Nadeem, Yash, Vinod, Prateeksha were fabulous managing a high profile event in the banquet. Professional and very seamless execution.
The food served was obviously delicious. Good portion size and prompt service.
The arrangements of Audio Visual, chairs, and tables were very neatly done

Stay at Dream Hotel Taz

It's a dream to stay at Tazland Mumbai. During my stay at the Taj Hotel, I found the overall hospitality and comfort to be excellent, living up to its renowned reputation.
I stayed at Room No 1703 on 09&10 March. However, the floor housekeeping service was disappointing—both inattentive and discourteous, which was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber.
I address this issue with the supervisor Ms. Marie and she offering sincere apologies and ensuring the issue was addressed. Despite this lapse, the rest of my experience was pleasant, with the hotel’s ambiance, amenities, and service making for a comfortable stay.

Bad experience

The rooms were bad, full of mosquitos. I had to request for mosquito repellant at 4am. I am yet to receive the bill of the payment done which was committed to be sent over email. Me & my EA has been chasing for last 5 days for the same, but still haven't got any response. No response on mails. On call, they took the number but never reverted.
