Good experience
Clean room, comfortable, the air worked well, the shower worked properly, we felt no noises, television with children's channels.

Pleasant stay in the center of Chillan
The facilities are good, my room was very spacious, the bed was OK, WiFi worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet was OK, lots of fresh fruit, pastries that were far too sweet, as is often the case in Chile. The breakfast lounge (= hotel restaurant) has the feel of a train station hall - cozy is different.
The staff are friendly and helpful, provided you can speak Spanish or manage to find someone who speaks English. As a business customer, I had problems getting the necessary information printed when it came to the invoice.
