Faltou edredom para usar na estadia.
Me deram um cobre leito improvisado.
E ainda vi a atendente pegando este cobre leito em uma sala que estava escrito serviço para limpeza, posso estar errado, mas será que é uma sala para lavar o que está sujo ?
Enfim, serviço ruim.

O café da manhã só foi servido a partir das 7h da manhã e tanto nós quanto outros hóspedes não foram informados no momento do check in. Pela primeira vez fiquei em um hotel que não tinha ovos no café da manhã. Tive que ir até a recepção de madrugada (porque não atendiam pelo telefone) para buscar cobertores e lençol porque não prepararam o quarto para 3 pessoas conforme a reserva online.

É um Ibis, então já sabemos o que esperar.
O que surpreendeu negativamente é que o ar condicionado simplesmente não funconava ou, quando funcionava, não esfriava nada.
Isso é muito ruim para uma cidade quente como Campo Grande.
