Great stay

I loved to stay there, it's in a great location and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely as well and the staff were nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend it. We got free toiletries which was nice also. It's surrounded by Restaurants and Shops.

Slightly disappointed

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old city. Fabulous traditional shops, cafes and restaurants.
However this would not be what you might expect from a 4 star hotel.
The internet was poor and dropped out alot, there was no smart TV, the sheets were scratchy and towels thin and tiny!
The room was fairly dark as the windows are tinted. Breakfast was plentiful but not particularly good quality and coffee poor.
Staff are good and helpful. Room very clean, lovely bathroom with underfloor heating.

Everything was really good besides one point : coffee in the hotel restaurant was very bad quality (instant coffee). The hotel is really nice and located in the city center.
