Of other times

Refined location of yesteryear, good sacher cake at a price a bit 'too high, 10 euros per piece. Other desserts were on the menu but were not available. We didn't have to wait in line. Pleasant experience. Present paintings of emperors.

The hotel of your dreams

I spent three nights with my daughter at the Hotel Sacher, which I had always wanted to stay in.
I had a reservation in June 2020, but it was canceled due to corona and I rebooked this time
It was a lovely hotel.
It is also well-located, being near the Opera House, making it a great place to visit
Guests are given priority access to Café Sacher through a secret passage
Breakfast at the hotel was buffet.
Truffle-flavored Shinken and Wurst were delicious
Sachertorte, Apfelsturudel, they've got it done.
One negative star is that my tablet in the room was broken and I couldn't get through to it, even though the only way to order room service was by phone
I left a note asking them to change their tablet again, but it stayed there until I checked out.

Unmatched Elegance and Service

The Hotel Sacher is truly the most exquisite hotel I have ever stayed in, offering the best service imaginable. Having traveled across continents and stayed in countless 5-star hotels—be it in New York, Bangkok, London, or Berlin—I have never felt as welcomed, cared for, and pampered as I did at the Sacher.
This level of warmth and attention to detail is unparalleled. Where else does the doorman remember your name, or personally escort you to the opera in your finest evening attire, complete with a perfectly prepared umbrella in hand?
The experience at the Sacher is simply unmatched, a rare gem of hospitality that stays with you long after your visit. We cannot wait to return to this magical place for another unforgettable stay.
Herzliche Grüße und bis bald

wonderful and elegant

we always wanted to go the Hotel Sacher and we were not disappointed. Excellent location in the midst of everything , elegant rooms and impeccable customer service the Hotel Sacher is one of a kind. The pastries of course out of this world but the restaurants are great as well. Book early as they fill up quickly sometimes from people from the opera across the road as well.
There is a lovely spa and we much enjoyed looking at the the pictures of the famous people who stayed there before, Vienna is worth visting for its history anyway and The HOtel Sacher is a big part of going there
