A week in Da Nang
The breakfasts at the hotel were as requested, fresh, hot and adequate.
Whilst this small hotel would not be seen as a luxury hotel, it has everything that makes for a comfortable stay for a fraction of the price.
The hotel staff go out of their way to ensure guest comfort and are a real asset to the hotel.
They organised day trips, excursions and our travel arrangements without fuss or problems. The front office staff all speak English and are always polite and attentive.
There are very good restaurants nearby within easy walking distance catering for a wide variety of tastes.
There are always taxis available just outside the hotel and the staff ensure the drivers know our exact destination.
As a frequent world traveller and hotel reviewer for trip advisor I would recommend this hotel as great value for money and a place to stay.

Dirty room and rude staff
The shower hadn't been cleaned as there was hair in the bath tub and a plastic glove tied around the shower hose.
When we mentioned it to the receptionist she said it would be sorted by the time we got back from the beach... It wasn't. No one had been to our room. We had to go down and bring the receptionist up to show her the dirty towel and bathroom.
They replaced one towel and removed the plastic glove, didn't even clean the bath tub.
There were scuff marks and paint stains on the walls and window, the air conditioning leaks fluid and the tv remote controls the air con for some unknown reason.
