Very Good Location & very good hotel

Excellent hotel, stayed overnight on my recent Pattaya trip. Room is good with lot of space, staff are good, view is good. Overall good rates.
You must try and stay here .
Had a very comfortable night stay, lady in the reception desk was helpful.

Bad "upgrade", no communication

We'd booked a premier deluxe double room for a romantic weekend away, but instead we were put in an old family suite with 2 extra single beds and no seating area.
The bed was extremely hard, the old aircons were noisy and open dripped, a pipe in the bathroom was leaking, and it wasn't very clean.
The "upgrade" was hidden in a long welcome message sent a few days in advance. I immediately informed the hotel by email and by message that I wanted to stay in the original room. They did not reply.
Only on arrival were we told that the original room had an aircon problem. By then, it was too late to cancel.
This all feels like a scam to sell sub-standard rooms, and we definitely won't be back.

This is the most horrible experience!! I booked this hotel online and my booking was accepted. The hotel withdrew the money almost immediately after my booking. A couple of days prior to my arrival date, I sent several emails to hotel management asking the hours to use the pool but I never received any responses. On the day that I was supposed to check in, I rented a grab taxi to take me to the property and to my horror the sign said it's closed. WTH, are you kidding me??? Here I was standing there all alone (the taxi had left), it's raining hard and no room !!! I did not know what to do because I couldn't speak Thai. I called many hotels around the area but most of them either do no answer the phone or do not speak English and they don't understand what I was talking about. Here I am the minutes on my phone are running out because the plan that I signed up with AIS (Thai mobile carrier) did not provide free calls and texting only Internet. I must have called tons of hotels in the Pattaya area but couldn't find a room. Why did this hotel accept my booking, withdrew my money immediately and did not tell me that I did not have a room??? This is just insane and totally unacceptable. What this hotel did to me was horrible beyong words because standing alone in the rain, on the street with all my luggages, I could have been robbed or worse !!! Never in a million year would I deal with them again.

Friendly and pleasant

All staffs were very friendly and the room was good. No issues with bringing guests. Location was close to supermarket and walking street.good for money, If you go to pattaya Its a good place to stay.
