CANCELLATIONS 1 to 5 people – Cancelations and modifications must be emailed by 23.59pm 3 days (72 hours) prior to the reservation arrival date. 6 or more people – Cancelations and modifications must be emailed by 23.59pm 7 days (168 hours) prior to the reservation arrival date. * Late cancelations and modifications made inside the stated notification period will be charged for the total price of the full reservation. No refund will be given. *No-shows will be charged for the total price of the full reservation.
