Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at our Golf Court. I am disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. I really understand your frustration about our service from the golf operation team was clear of information and food presentation from our kitchen team not lift on standard. I'm sorry that I could not be for your assistance to solve the matter since the issue did not reach my desk.
At Chatrium Golf Soi Dao resort, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every guest; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Golf Trips Chatrium Soi Dao
The golf course is beautiful and challenging, within walking distance.
Everyone smiled and the service was so good.
The food was delicious, Thai and European, drinks with waitstaff.
The rooms are big, but the hot water can take a while.
