Galaxy Pods Chinatown is absolutely the best ! 👍👍
I have stayed here several times and I'm glad that the service from the staff is still superb, check in was quick and my expectations for a nice, quiet lower bunk were met.
This time, I was given a nice cosy capsule in the corner on the 2nd floor.
I like that every floor has a mini pantry area with complimentary water (from the water cooler), coffee, black tea and even green tea and also a sitting area to enjoy these beverages.
Thank you for making my stay so delightful 😁 again !

Avoid this place at all times. The capsules are filthy, you can see hair and dark grime in the doors rails, I found a bunch of rubbish stuck on the ceiling and the hotel girl became upset instead of helpful. The walls of the capsules have stains everywhere .The toilets/showers are minuscule, dirty and wet all the time, because are together in the same small area, only two of them per floor. There are no rules for quietness and at 3 am it was noisy. No helpful desk front service. The extras they offer? Never given.This place is so overrated, you will be ending paying more than you pay in Japan or Korea for similar accommodation but getting shockingly low standards in everything.

Due to my flight issues, I extended my stay for one more night. I am ready like this place, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is my 5th time here. It's a good environment ,there has many restaurants along the road, if you like to drive around the city, outside the main road you can rent a car,can see the pictures I attached, karaoke just next to the hotel, one pub beside the hotel too with life bank performers.
Cheat food market just 6 minutes walk.
I sure be back again, this is a good place to stay, team are friendly and helpful.

Can reach it by find the exit gate F (from Chinatown MRT station) & just walk around 300 m (easy to find something to eat, have the sightseeing & foodcourt too)
It can't early check in so need wait until 14.00 & then check out 11.00 (I suggest if the guest have check out so we can check in early so no need to wait too long, I mean being flexible)
I asked about if the check out why was 11.00 but one of staff asked me back "which one?" better answer or explain for example "based on the policy"
The room provide locker to keep the handbag & also have the water dispenser (just like I had upload the pic)

We stayed for 3 nights and it was more comfortable than we expected. Location is amazing for train and some temples. Place is quiet.
Bathrooms are cleaned and filled up with soap/shampoo/body wash regularly.
They have laundry machine and dryer available for $5 in coins, but if you don’t have, they do cash out for that.
The only thing I could mention as a suggestion is to have a microwave, but that’s not urgent.
