Lovely Christmas escape…
We arrived on Christmas Eve and departed on the Sunday.
Our room was clean, warm & comfortable.
We had a lovely round porthole window and also a cute reading nook with a great view across the golf course & woodland.
It was nice to feel so cosy when it was so foggy & cold outside.
It was also lovely to have
complimentary drinks and chocolates in our room on arrival too.
The Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries are very nice, and it was good to have a separate hair conditioner included.
Each member of staff was really friendly, polite and helpful from the
moment we arrived until we left.
Our dinner in the restaurant on Christmas Eve night was yummy.
The breakfast each morning was really good.
Lots of choice of cooked food, fruit, pastries and drinks. There were also vegetarian and vegan options for food and drink which was important for us.
It was the perfect relaxing time away with a change of scenery that we both needed after a very tough year.
We also enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi. It was good to relax together.
We can't wait to return and stay at Puckrup Hall in the near future.

Good value and convenient for M5 / M50
Breakfast buffet is good (not sure of cost as it's free for gold HH members). Evening bar menu choices are limited for vegetarians but quality is good.
