Easy to find, and parked right outside the property, easy no hassle check in / out
If I had any gripe which isn’t really a gripe is that they are obviously putting work into upgrading the properties which ours had been and not was lovely, however the parking area was littered with rubbish and off cuts of wood, tiles, sand, cement etc , greggs cups sandwich bags etc and car was totally covered in building dust the next morning when we left.
Altogether a fantastic little quiet break at a very very reasonable price

A well presented room let down by small details
As this was a 1 night stay, I thought I’d not take toiletries with me and use those in the room. There were none except handwash. Not even a tooth brush cup. Fittings missing from bathroom inc. toilet roll holder. Also bathroom door wouldn’t close properly.
Not the fault of the owner, and I hope it won’t be your experience, but we had unaccompanied children in the next room who were making a lot of noise until well after 11pm ( I think adults were in the pub next door).
Also, please note, this accommodation is no longer associated with The Bay Horse Inn and there is no breakfast provision.

The room itself was lovely, but the simple fact there was no way I was going to be able to sleep there meant I wasted my money because it poor workmanship
