The staff was friendly and friendly, and endeavour to help, however, it is visible that the hotel does not have enough staff for the number of rooms, at breakfast can not get back with the necessary speed, and one of the days did not even clean the rooms (we booked 3 rooms). The other days the cleaning consisted of making beds and even the garbage was not dumped. Most of the time the reception has no one, as they have to give support at breakfast or in the rooms.
Several maintenance problems and failures in the rooms, moisture infiltrations in the building(one of the rooms smelled moisture), and above all the area of the swimming pool quite unmasked. Weeds, old sun loungers and burned by the sun, lack of pool cleaning. In one of the rooms the TV was badly seen.
I could not rest because during the night you hear a constant noise of ventilation, or ⁇ washing machines, defeats all the goal of this hotel that is to go to a quiet area.
The rooms are modern and the wi-fi works well, but it needs more investment, staff and maintenance to justify the 4 star category and the price requested.

- Poor attention
(never get a sign warning that if you don't have the receptionist to call a number, I had to do it and waited about 10 minutes hearing the cell phone ring inside the hotel and nobody wanted to know)
- Reasonable conditions
(In addition to being dirty everything is a little disorganized, it is a place where you can spend a few nights without problems)
- Cleaning
(As I mentioned above I think it is also an important factor that the management of the hotel does not care there much, the staff that is in the entrance is that comes to clean and do other services, typical of bosses that year want to spend €€)

Room 116 where we stay, to charge the cell phone on the right side of the bed you have to turn on the lamp, otherwise it does not work, and the Wi-Fi inside the room only works properly if you have on the bottom of the bed

The bathroom, in particular, had some concerns—the shower was musty and had mold in the corners, and the water pressure was low. Additionally, the bathroom curtain was noticeably dirty and quite thin, and the shower head didn’t function properly.
Given the hotel’s four-star rating, I was a bit surprised by some of the amenities and conditions. For example, there was no coffee machine in the room, and guests are charged €1.50 for coffee at the hotel. There were also minor maintenance issues, such as a broken patio chair, a light fixture hanging from the ceiling that wasn’t working, and a small television with poor sound quality.
The restaurant on premises while a bit outdated was reasonably priced and had fantastic food.
Overall, I would rate this hotel closer to three stars, as these details collectively impacted the quality of my stay.

Good breakfast though little variety considering being a small hotel but what was there was good quality.
Wifi worked well.
Modern rooms lines.
Good location, close to the beach although need car to go.
Village very quiet and no noise.
Negative points:
Hotel in need of maintenance, broken things, looking like the garden wiped out until they already have the dirty stones.
Boards around the pool float.
Lack of cleanliness of the hotel itself.
The room still had a glass of cigarettes on the balcony with dirty glasses.
The balconies are not cleaned in time.
Towels with rust.
We had a kitchenette and in the sink there was still food.
The pool was not clean at the end of the day, not noticed that the water was filtered. Being a possible source of bacteria.
Really missing someone to manage the flaws better.
Hotel very low than expected by the pictures. Although modern they ceased to take care of.
I think he first deserved four stars.
Now with time passing and not being careful, I think it deserved a new review.
No advice. Negatives prevail too much over the positive ones.
