Great location and rooms

Great location (nice neighborhood, close to center but not busy or noisy). Close to Jardin Estrela, easy to park if you come by car. There are some close private parkings (telpark). Fantastic rooms and communication service was easy and helpful!!! The flat has a nice terrace and dinning room. Thank you we’ll come back!!!

Double charge

Unfortunately, an absolutely disappointing experience. The accommodation double charged me by mistake and then consistently denied that this had happened. Instead of helping me, I was ignored. After I left, my messages were ignored. In the end, I had to involve my bank and wait a whole two months for a credit note, and only because my bank stepped in! An unbelievable stress that I really wouldn't wish on anyone. Very, very, very unfortunate. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

Not recommended!

we were absolutely disappointed about this place. because of reality is absolutely opposite description. we have made a reservation room ‘with terrace view’ Guys please don’t name it terrace view’’ if all you see concrete walls with hunging laundry. and window itself is narrow gap in the corner of room.
the room is very damp and cool. When someone turns on the water or uses the toilet, there is a constant loud and harsh noise. even at night! The ventilation in the shower room is very poor and noisy, there are stains on the furniture, the dining room is dirty, not cleaned, there is no tea and coffee. everything is outdated. The lock on the door does not work well; The door keeps opening unless you lock it with the key. There is a carpet in the hallway, everything is stained. all this left the most unpleasant impression in this place. I don’t recommend it!!

Lisbon beautiful capital

We found this property to be excellent for our 3 day stay.
From check-in either self or in person it was welcoming. Breakfast place like at home, very nice and the girl helpful with my needs.
They then leave everything in the fridge and leftovers such as morning cakes for the whole day at the guest's disposal.
Clean room and comfortable bed for us.
We noticed that it was very plastic free.
And in any case it is true as others say that you can hear the noise of the water pump but it is not that serious.
We were able to leave our bags at the reception at checkout until the evening.
Location not right in the center, but with public transport you can quickly get to the center and the airport.

Lisbon trip

Nice location, very friendly staff, easy check in/check out, tasty breakfast. The rooms were clean and beautifully arranged. Very close to different sight spots, museums, cafes, bars and so on. Recommend this place
