Superb Customer Service !
Originally I had booked a 3 night stay but Pakistan started going into lockdown on my 2nd day. We were warmly welcomed by Mr Tanveer.
I was surprised that payment had not yet been taken but got told that if I cancel the booking online,it is a free cancellation and a direct booking will be cheaper. I wasted no time in doing this and was pleased.
Upon entering the room there was complimentary Coke cans and a Water bottle for me and my new wife.
The bed was beautifully dressed but the rest of the room lacked character. Room Service menus were stained,used and in dire need of replacement.
The bathroom I was highly unimpressed with and it totally does not match the high standards of the bed area and even the front of the hotel.
Add to that noisiness all night from some pipe or fan outside the room and I had a sleepless night. The room was quickly changed on day 2.
But upon hearing our flight has been cancelled we asked if we can cancel the 3rd night and get a refund. This was arranged instantly. The customer service is outstanding !
The hotel is next door to the Romanian Embassy in Pakistan and within walking distance of Jinnah Supermarket and Safa Gold Mall as well as a very short car ride to Faisal Masjid.
The "hotel" is basically a home in this upmarket part of Islamabad. I hope the decor and above mentioned are improved then I would go back.
The staff were lovely in every way !

They were shutdown
next day when I reached the place with family,
it was shut down by authorities.
I was not informed by them earlier.
Nor was I apologized later on for the trouble I had to go through to arrange the accommodation on run time late night.
Very unprofessional attitude. Better avoid them to get unwanted surprises.
