In case of no-show for non refundable reservation, if no communication is conducted of guest arriving later than actual arrival date, hotel is not obliged to keep the room on hold longer than the actual arrival date/night. Please note that guests are required to show the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling.
