A place to relax

Love that place. A truly space to relax and rest mentally. Inside the forest in comfortable and beautiful rooms with a view of the forest. It is a place where I found harmony and balance. We took our dog and she didn't want to leave that beautiful place either. varied amenities such as a guided meditation in a labyrinth. At night burn chocolates around a bonfire and what to say about the delicious food with beautiful view and impeccable and friendly service

We visited only the Koanze Restaurant, we enjoyed a meal almost like dinner, the place is very nice, it has a nice view of the gardens, the menu is very extensive, with a wide variety of options for all budgets and palates, the service and attention was fast, well prepared dishes, portion and flavor
We ordered Salmon, Tongue, Hamburger and Cárnitas Tacos, their Cocktails were a Jamaical and Margarita Mezcal they had Deli, It is fresh and cold at dusk to warm us up a little we ordered Cappuccino and Chocolate.

Stay with peace and tranquility

The room is beautiful and with unique details, a boutique hotel in which you will fall in love with any place and exude a vibe of peace. Their restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, the chilaquiles are delicious!

Horrible service

Great place but the service is depressing. The waiters take a long time and serve you what they remember, not what you ordered; I asked them for a romantic dinner for my wife and me, and what was the surprise that when we arrived there was nothing prepared, they only stated that it had been a mistake on the part of the restaurant. In short, they ruined the surprise and of course they never gave a discount due to their incompetence. I won't visit the place again.

At first place this is not a spa hotel, having pool and massage didn't mak a spa hotel
There is no hot water in the shower, typical for Mexico but not expected in a $400 a night hotel.
My personal opinion, money for nothing.
