Great location and good all rounder.
Only gripes would be the daily room servicing and 3 day cleaning is a bit variable in terms of quality and the fact that the hotel doesn't have it's own FNB outlet means no room service and often the only bar in the hotel is closed early.
Excellent boot room if you are skiing, bright friendly front desk service as mentioned, with a few tweaks would be really outstanding and we would definitely go back.
