Amazing

We stayed at this hotel last year Aug. 20 to Sept 10 and absolutely loved it. Yes the rooms in the Hotel are little small but clean. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the cleaning and the service for breakfast, dinner or pizza. The location is on the beach and was a great feeling coming down for breakfast and seeing the beautiful sunrise with the mountains. My daughter and her friend came a week after and loved the property. The only negative for them was getting to the center of town. I would highly recommend this location as it is central to everything. One hour train ride to Rome and other locations. Planning to go back next year for all of August.

Long stay in Terracina with trip to Pompeii and Rome

The location is good, although it is about 3-4 km to the nearest city. The hotel offers shuttle service for 3€ a way. Pay a little extra for the room and get views of the sea. Poor acoustics in dining and living rooms. Very listened to the room, heard when the neighbor was talking. Little selection for breakfast and no hot food, even the eggs were cold. Basically all the appetizers, lunch and dinner were a form of pasta, but it is probably the case in Italy. Maybe it was one or two dinners over 15 days that I liked. This was a journey organized by Vitus' travel.

Not a big fan

Had quite good expectation. The outdoor area is fine but the pool was not clean. The beach is good. rooms are small and so is the bathroom. We could not open the bathroom door fully since it was moist on the bottom. The shower was very old and not very clean. The bed linen smelled strange. We were going to stay for two nights but left after one.

Recommended for proximity to the sea and quality catering

Well maintained hotel right on the sea convenient for beach and pool. Great beach bar and well stocked friendly staff. Rooms clean and complete with everything. Air conditioning works well. We really enjoyed the restaurant. Quality lunches and dinners superlative. Professional staff.

be aware as they put a lot of road blocks and charge for everything, even basic stuffs. You may need to bring your own towels if don't want to be charged. Like, in order to go to the swimming pool, they charge 3 euros per day for each towels and also requires to use head cover and allows to use from 9:30am to 7pm. You are not allowed to bring it to your unit as they charge per :day". Other hours the pool is closed, even though the sunset is almost 8:30pm and hot as hell (34°C). to use a simple beach chair, they charge 16 euros for 2 chairs and also put a timeframe from 9:30am to 7pm. Its all about riles and notices and enforcements, looks like you ara in an army barracks. Inside the elevator there is a signing requiring you to pay any outstand bills the day before by 10PM (not sure if they are afraid notreceiveing the payment??) The elevator is very small and the staff use for daily cleaning. good luck if you have to bring your luggage upstairs or downstairs as they hold BOTH elevators for their own use. I dont mind blowing one of two (one for customers and the other for staff when they need to move heavy equipment) but looks like the customer is not their priority. Everyone is a cash cow. Definitely not recommend.
