Decent hotel near station
Only a short walk from the main railway station.
Our room was particularly lovely, except it still has the same problems as at other UNA hotels with regards to availability of toiletries/accessories etc only being available on request. Also the awful disposable paper cups that are supplied in the room. It has got to be cheaper and more environmentally friendly to supply proper coffee mugs!
Yes, it’s true the area around the station is not the nicest. There are some very questionable individuals hanging around , particularly at night, but to be fair we never felt threatened and this is Naples after all!

Will use again if in Naples.

Nice hotel but could be better
Room was clean and comfortable. Be warned, it is overlooking a very noisy square with lots of traffic/horns constantly beeping. We found the room extremely hot and stuffy. The AC was useless, it was pre-set to only go down to 19 but didn’t work.
Our room didn’t go below 23 degrees and felt so uncomfortable. We had to open the window to get fresh air but then had the noise.
Reception did provide a desk fan which helped a little bit but because of the terrible AC we wouldn’t stay again.
Also, no milk provided in the room for tea/coffee.
No English TV channels.
No local information provided either.
Rooftop bar is really fantastic.

thanks for taking time to review your stay. As we aim to fully satisfy our guests we are unhappy to read that we didn’t succeed.
For what may concern to the noises, all the rooms are provided with sound-proofing windows that isolate chaos coming from outside, as we are placed in the most nevralgic and strategical square of the city.
Regarding to A/C system, instead, it could be individually managed by the guests for a max/min of 3 degrees, having in mind that we are facing unseen and unpredictable weather changes, for that we do prefer to leave our guests free to choose which set-up fits better for their needs. Our reception is 24/7 available as well as maintenance staff to help and assist guests for any kind of request, as per the desk fan we provided in order to fresh the room you felt too hot or for the Tv channels to be tuned or even more for milk and other amenities to be checked on a list in the room and to be requested to the staff.
Lastly, our staff is always committed and focused on properly welcoming guests even when on busy crowded days, with free maps and local instructions and information, we’d like to apologize if failed about that.
That said, we’re glad that at least our reception and restaurant staff’s courtesy has been appreciated and we do really hope to welcome you back again to change your feelings and sentiment about us.

Cozy atmosphere, at the reception helpful and prepared staff also willing to a pleasant chat.
My room 305 with a comfortable French bed and marble bathroom in shades of brown perfect for me, also two balconies overlooking Piazza Garibaldi is very well soundproofed. Excellent level of hygiene. The restaurant offers a respectable menu, a few courses selected and well made in terms of sight and knowledge, welcoming, polite, multilingual waitstaff, ready to dispense tips and advice, attentive to the needs of customers. The adjoining roof top terrace with Vesuvius view is spectacular, despite the cold season it is pleasant to sip a glass after dinner thanks to the expertly distributed stoves.
Today 27 January 2025 I was pleasantly surprised at breakfast: they brought me and another customer a small cake with candle because it is our birthday.
This really denotes attention to the customer, an applause to the UNA group, it is not so obvious in other structures and we really appreciated it, keep it up.
This is my ♥️ place in Naples.

Very pleasant experience
Cleanliness in the different environments; a rich breakfast, curated by friendly and helpful staff!
The centrality of the hotel allows you to reach in a short time the best locations of Naples poli, both on foot and by public transport.
