Feel at home...

The B Hotel is very nice and I was greeted with great kindness. They listened and welcomed my requests both on the food that concerns the room. There is a beautiful swimming pool where you can swim even in the evening and it is beautiful. The hotel certainly needs some renovation here and there, but I assure you that if you stay at the B Hotel you will feel at home and have a very pleasant stay.

WARNING: The hotel looks nice on the photos on this app, and even when you arrive at the hotel the lobby looks great, however inside is a whole other story. It looks like a filthy prison that hasn’t been up-kept for years. Peeling walls, dirty old blinds, the pool water looks like a bathing area for hippos. Even the door to the room is disgusting. The breakfast is terrible! I had breakfast once and never went back. The service is also bad, they cannot communicate in a full sentence, just grunts and ‘ok’ ‘yes yes’ that kind of thing. Location is awful next to a super busy road which is congested all day. Don’t stay here!!

The hotel is near the mall. Walking distance. Also near the souvenir shop. We arrived past midnight good thing we booked thru trip.com which allows us to call the property and inform them.

Bad

My check in was excellent and attended by Mr Rizky and he also arranged for scooter booking for us. Upon arrival to the room, i was surprised that the furniture in the rooms were rather old however i was amazed by the decoration and it was great. The condition of the toilet was not great but we were fine with it as it was our last day in Bali and near to the airport. We stayed at a 5 star villa during the previous 5 days we arrived in Bali. At the lobby, view of the pool seems beautiful but the view of the pool from my room, i noticed the pool was dirty. We went down to the restaurant and got welcome drinks and it was fantastic and we love it. We roam around kuta beach and came back to the hotel at night. The very next day was our check out date and we had their buffet breakfast in the morning. Honestly, it was a very bad buffet breakfast in Bali. The margarine was bad quality, and our request for half boiled egg was not fulfilled with very limited choices of food as early as 8am. We could understand it's a low grade hotel and we didn't mind. We continued our day, got ready, and packed to check out. Checking out process was smooth and we were waiting for our grab at the lobby when we were called back in. 1 of the staff mentioned that there's blood stain on the bed and said its the hotel policy that guest have to pay for the dirt on the bed when prior to check in the day before, Mr Rizky has politely explained to us on the hotel policy whereby there are no smoking allowed, no drugs, no durian, and no pet allowed. Nothing was mentioned pertaining to the payment for any dirt of the bed. To their excuse, they have checked the room before we checked in and we mentioned to them we did not check the room. We also asked them how are they sure we caused the stain on the bed as we're not aware of such. This was our 1st experience with a hotel in Bali where we have travelled to many places worldwide but never encountered such a policy. We were asked to pay IDR630,000 and called the security to stop us from leaving after our grab arrived and we have loaded our luggage as well. The security then stopped our grab as well and they have caused ruckus and embarrassed us publicly. My boyfriend got angry as they were trying to scam us and gave them IDR700,000. He felt it was no point arguing and wasting time as they were adamant in scamming us. As we were catching our flight and running short of time, we were left with no choice but to pay the ridiculous amount of money for the stain that we didn't even know where it came from nor who caused it. It was a very horrible experience being in this hotel. I only give a thumbs up to Mr Rizky as he was excellent in his service. I would demand an explanation and public apology from the management of the hotel on this matter. I will as well share my disastrous experience on other mainstream travel platform as this scam shall not happened again to others.

Exotic stay!

The hotel is wonderful. Courteous staff. Good restaurant with excellent value for money. Massages are perfect. I highly recommend it. Yuni at the restaurant makes us enjoy our stay. I would come back if it wasn't so far away.
