Amazing hospitality

Amazing hospitality and service. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Incredible service by Prajala and Sujata. The view and rooms are too good. The best part it’s on the main road so we can explore the market at our own ease. Definitely visiting again

Good Experience but not Great when compared to other Yashashree Hotels

This hotel is very near to mall road so reaching mall road becomes very easy.
Rooms are small with minimum or no view.Hotel has many rooms but is very congested.
Hotel/Restaurant is very good. They serve really yummy food.Staff is very helpful.

Great Views but Lacks Accessibility & Proper Lighting

Sumitel Queens Yard in Darjeeling offers stunning views of Kanchenjunga, especially from the premium view rooms on the 3rd floor and above. However, its location inside the Rink Mall alley poses challenges—cars cannot enter, though the staff assists with luggage. A major downside is the lack of proper lighting in the alley at night, making it unsafe and inconvenient for guests. Despite requests, the hotel turns off its bright display light at night. Additionally, the restaurant is overpriced, with breakfast alone costing over INR 400 (excluding GST) for an average dining experience. While the views are breathtaking, accessibility and value for money need improvement.

Good experience overall with yashshree mall road

Great experience..always greeted with a smile,special mention to sujata and prajala and Shruti..would definitely come back again..house keeping also good..would highly recommend to family and friends.Thanks for the wonderful hospitality team yashshree.

Needs major improvements

​Hard to find hotel entrance, cab driver was confused due to other yashshree hotels in nearby areas. There is a Mosque nearby so be ready to get disturbed by loud speakers day and night. Room size was small (I stayed in a premium triple room). Basic amenities were provided in the room. However, rooms are so close to each other that you can hear every little sound from the other room, causing disturbance.
Hot water in the morning is a major issue. Geyser takes 15 mins at least to heat the water after a single bath, and then frequent power cuts in morning time made it very challenging. There is no power backup it seems. Housekeeping service is quite slow. I had to call multiple times for simple things like water refills. Thumbs up to the breakfast options though, there were ample food items in breakfast and they all tasted good. Kudos to the Chef !
