Nice stay and nice location perfect hospitality by the hotel staff

Citadines hotel is one of the best location it is in heart of city just few steps away from freedom square it's Appartment has all basic facilities for stay where we can cook and stay for longer time
And also the front desk manager Miss khatria gave us good hospitality when we checked in and also gave us early check in

Bad service, location and bad food

Your customer service is unbelievably bad, rude and unprofessional. Your receptionest Kihdia or whatever her name is, she is impolite, rude, accuse clients to be liars and more over she cares the less about your hotel reputation. We come and check in 18 persons, 5 rooms and she acts very rude and refuse to give extra key and hush us up and say, come and sign all of all the papers and then i will explain to you once our system. We ask for an extra key and she rudely say we give only 1 key. And when i ask her to speak to the manager because she is being rude, she starts being nice and she goves another key. Cherry on the top the second day 24 december i call her to ask for an extra towels becaue we are 4 persons in tbe room and we only have 3 big and w small, and she starts saying, i will send then room servixe to check, i told her, am i lying? Do.i need to justify for you what i need? And she rudely said we checked the cameras and we gave you enough, if you want more come and pay. What? Is this even acceptable? And more importantly the beds were extremely filthy as shown in the photos.
I beleive you need a new manager snd sure to hire an alternative polite receptionist.
Please note that this review will.be as well on booking.com expedia and your hotel group, maybe like this you will wake up.

Great hospitality rendered by a great team, a sureshot Tbilisi option to stay on a holiday ✌️ ♥

Simply Great! Right from the booking stage, check-in, stay in the impeccable apartment, superb n amicable team to a warm send off, a splendid unforgettable experience indeed !!
Wrote an email to hotel requesting to book for 8 nights, got reservation confirmation instantly by Mr. Kakhaber Devdariani, Manager Front Office and indeed was a delight meeting at check-in time, affable personality ! O rest of all the team members, very pleasant, welcoming and superb in giving suggestions for things to do in the country. To name a few - Khatia, Sofia, Aram,
Sandro, Stephen, David & Lada, you are all doing a great job definitely !! Hats off !!
O yes, reminds me an incident which was overwhelming and unforgettable, one evening on our return, Ms. Khatia noticed that my wife was not well and asked if any assistance required. My wife had bruises on arm as she had accidentally fallen whilst walking, instantly she was made to sit and first aid given with a collegue, this human concern touched our hearts
The apartment felt like home, housekeeping was generous with supplies, had an eye for detail, what a feeling !
Excellent peace n quiet, right at the heart of Tbilisi,
we were actually happy that its few steps away from the noisy main road !!

Very hard to find, especially at night. Make a yellow brick road or lighted signs to mark the path to the hotel. Clean the graffiti around the hotel.

Nice, clean hotel in the center of the city. There is a busstop near by for a bus to the airport. Lots of restaurants, shops in the walking distance
