Front Desk Staff is approachable and friendly. They have this tag that says "Cleaned and Sanitized" on the toilet bowl and the two slippers. The room is big enough for a couple like us. It has a separate room for the wardrobe. The room that was booked doesn't have a window, I just wish there was. It looks also like a maze. You have to familiarize yourself with your room.
Eurotel is easy to find, has a lot of near convenience stores, and it is just right in front of Robinsons Place Manila. Easy to book a Grab car/taxi.

Despite booking 5 days in advance, we were made to wait for over an hour at the reception, which was frustrating and set the tone for our stay.
The hotel's location is perhaps its only redeeming quality - it's situated right in front of a mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining.
However, the food at the hotel was just okay, nothing impressive. The comfort room had a bad smell that seemed to be coming from the drainage.
