"Down-home" Service
Her stop in Fort Smith did not disappoint. After checking into her room she felt a little uncomfortable as there was an adjoining room/door. Linda at the front desk assured her that she was safe, no one was staying in the adjoining room and provided her with an extra door stop to give her extra comfort. She checked in on her several times and my daughter said, "it felt like having another Mom around."
She told me the bed was comfy and the breakfast was hot and yummy.
Thank you Linda and BW for going a step further to make a guest feel comfortable and safe.
