We were in town for a family funeral. We needed a dog friendly hotel and this hotel was close to the funeral home and dog friendly. We found check in easy and quick, the room to be clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was there was no conditioner in the shower and the TV in the living room didn't work but we were able to watch the one in the bedroom.

The property is extremely out of date and furniture is very ran down and dirty. We actually booked the wrong location. This was the first and last time at this location. We use Sonesta when traveling to AC but will never return to this one. On a good note, the breakfast was good and fresh.

Dear Expedia Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally complain about my recent hotel stay booked through your platform, which was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable.
Upon arrival, we were given room 911, which had a strong smell of smoke that made it unbearable to stay in. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were moved to another room. However, this second room was also unacceptable; there was hair on the beds, hair in the bathroom, and unsightly stains throughout the room. Additionally, there was no dish soap provided, which added to our frustration.
After driving for over seven hours, we were exhausted and looking forward to a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, this experience was far from what we anticipated, and it significantly impacted our trip.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for our stay. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

The staff were wonderful, but the room needs updating. When we arrived, I noticed that it had not been cleaned well. The floor wasn’t vacuumed well, it looked like someone had put out a cigarette in several places on the ceiling and there were cigarette burn marks on the night stands. There were threadbare spots worn in the carpet and the pullout couch was in such bad shape that it was unusable.
The stay was decent overall, but the facilities are horribly showing their age and are in desperate need of reno.

Its very dad to see the condition of this place, is really run down, rug are broken, couches worn off , shower rods are rust, tables are all wobbly, kitchen supplies are not complete, tvs aren't smart, carpets are dirty, overall this place needs a good renovation, for the price this is not worth it at all
