The room was huge and fantastic. Band or dj at Fire and Ice stopped playing @ 9pm. Room was very clean and quiet and appreciated that it had AC, because I like it cold when I sleep.

We had a nice villa with a kitchen. My issue is with the service. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with worse service. No daily cleaning. Rude and unfriendly woman at check-in. You can’t get anyone on the phone if you have a question. You have to text and wait for a response. It’s just not a service-oriented hotel.

The room was available around 5pm although the check-on should be 4pm.
You need to move your luggage by yourself and nobody get the answer the phone

We spent our honeymoon here!! It was an overall great experience. Bed was slightly uncomfortable but we had our own pillows so it worked out just fine! Slept without issue. Most of our time was spent on trails so we werent there too much.
Would book here again and bring friends

Great location. Everything you need is right here for your stay. Fire and Ice restaurant is fresh and excellent, with lots of menu choices. The casino is a 5 min easy walk and the gondola was steps from our room.
Rooms are absolutely beautiful with comfortable beds and tastefully decorated. A+ for the whole trip.
