Helpful staff with a clean, well kept facility.

Annie at the front desk was very helpful and personable. She made it a point to help us navigate our time in Rochester with advice on things to do and places to eat while there. Overall she made our trip more enjoyable. The accommodation was nice and clean and generally well kept. Due to our experience we will be staying here for in the future as this will be a regular trip for me and my family.

Incredible Service

Homewood Suites is a perfect location for those needing to be near Mayo's St. Mary's campus. The hotel is quiet, clean and it's focus is on taking care of guest during an often difficult time in their lives. Annie the front desk clerk was super helpful when the heat/cooling system broke down in my room- she personally came to my room to try to fix it, and when it couldn't be fixed helped move my stuff so that I would be more comfortable- thank you Annie- she exemplifies what hospitatlity is all about!

Avoid

Rude staff. They seem to not care for guests at all. Not enough towels in room. Decent breakfast. Shuttle driver was great though. He have great advice on all the popular hotels in Rochester. I will be staying at a different property next time.

Safe, Secure, Friendly Atmosphere

We love The Homewood Suites in Rochester MN. I am a frequent patient at The Mayo Clinic, which is the case for a lot of the people using hotels in Rochester. The entire staff at The Homewood Suites are Fantastic! The facility is very clean, modern, comfortable, safe and secure. The rooms and amenities are always great; always exceeding our expectations.
We would especially like to recognize Ms. Anni Maynard of your staff. Anni is a beautiful woman in every sense of the word.
She is very professional with a keen sense of empathy mixed with a caring, kind, compassionate heart! Anni make everyone feel like they are royalty; better yet, like family! Anni is a wonderful asset to The Hilton family, and we love her like she were our own daughter.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet - except when the medical helicopter would land at the hospital across the street.
Very nice breakfast with a good variety of selections. The potatoes were only slightly above room temp on a few days. Our shower only got warm water. Bathroom vanity had a faucet issue at times.
Overall the room was clean and comfortable and located in a convenient area. Be aware of the parking cost of $15/ day.
