A dump!

Room was not clean especially the shower, few towels, no shower head, cold water. Room smelled bad, and the carpet was filth. The whole place was disgusting. Sketchy people around. How this place gets by city code I sure don't know!

Stay away!!

We were heading north and needed a clean place to get some sleep for a few hours. We were traveling with our kids. This place had a rate within our budget but as soon as we drove in I instantly regretted it! This place is a drug motel, it's filthy, run down, unsafe especially at night. People were on drugs in and out the 3 hrs we stayed. I kept a constant lookout to make sure our truck didn't get broken into. I couldn't take it and took off at 2am because I felt so unsafe!!! It should be called the Meth motel.

No "value" here

This motel would be no "value" at half the price. For that matter, at one tenth the price. It is substandard by every possible measure. It needs a complete, down-to-the-studs reboot. That they can charge over one hundred dollars for accommodation of this low quality is not reasonable.

DISGUSTING!!!

Truly disgusting! Asked for non smoking room, and the room smelled like an ash tray! The door had been kicked in and the trim and bolt lock torn from the frame, when asked about the bolt lock and trim the office said that the maid must have done it, glad we didn't run into that maid!! The door trim was literally knocked into the room, filthy dirty, we fortunately had a spare sheet with us to put on the bed to protect our dogs. The ceiling in the bathroom was nearly falling in, and graffiti on the lamp shade and head board. Definitely not a value, spend an extra $10 or $20 and be able to rest well

Not Good

Reserved Rm. 103. Checked in and found the room had not been cleaned and bed changed since the last person stay. The office gave me Rm. 101. Got undressed and into the shower. No bath jell of shampoo in distribution containers. Called the office next day, re-affirmed my stay at the end of the week for Rm. 103, complained about the lack of soaps, and asked them to check the soap dispensers in Rm. 103 for my next stay. Was told that they would take care of it. Arrived on next date. Week of Jan 12, 2020. First checked the soap dispensers, found the shower Gel almost empty, and the shampoo empty. Called the office, complained and a man showed up and filled the dispensers. I left to check out a different place about a 1/4 mile north on the other side of the road. This place was $5 cheaper/night, and was a lovely room. Will stay in the nicer place on future trips. Management at ABVI needs to pay attention to the rooms for the sake of their customers and future visits!
