Clean and comfortable room.
Downside was breakfast items were not kept replenished, pancake maker didn't work. Bathroom sink drain in 107 was very slow. Wasn't anyone at the front desk at checkout to pass along that information.

Terrible customer service
After a long day of working & driving, was turned away even with confirmation of booking. No room available when I arrived. Poor communication & service from staff. I have stayed here many of times, never again after my experience.

Unfriendly, guest are treated like trepassers
Staff was not welcoming to our group. Would not recommend this hotel if you would like to use any of the public areas on the grounds. Cops were called twice on groups at the hotel in one day for trivial reasons.

Disappointing stay
We’ve stayed at Stoney Creek Inn many times and always loved bringing our grandkids, but this visit was a huge disappointment. The woman at the front desk was consistently rude and unhelpful—from check-in to giving us towels (after we waited soaking wet at the desk) to making a snide comment when we asked for a replacement room key we accidentally left in the room.
We asked about an upgrade and even offered to pay, but she acted like we were bothering her. The room was small, outdated, and not what we expected. We were denied a rollaway cot for “fire hazard” reasons and offered blankets and pillows instead—but after an hour and a half of waiting, we only received one blanket and two pillows.
Breakfast was poor quality, and the hotel, including the pool area, looked very run down.
Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Hello, We are sorry that you had a disappointing experience with your last stay. We will speak with the front desk staff about service issues and following through with guest requests. As to upgrading your room, we are happy to accommodate upgrades when they are available. The weekend of June 6th unfortunately we were sold out so we had nothing larger to offer and unfortunately due to fire code rollaways cannot be placed in standard rooms as it would block an exit in case of an emergency.

Disappointed with the stay.
This hotel is just average. I felt for the price paid it was under par. Weekend rates are high for the value. Even weekday rates are not the best. The breakfast wasn't worth the stop. We found breakfast someplace else. Upon our early arrival in town we stopped in just to say hello to the staff and let them know we were there. This was two ours before the 3 o'clock check-in time which we were aware of but the people at the front desk acted as though we were demanding a check in immediately. Practically chasing us out with a boom. lol. If we have to occasion to stay in Quincy again we will be searching for other accommodations.

Hello, We are sorry that you were disappointed in your stay with us. I do understand that you were upset when we were unable to check you into your room early. We are happy to accommodate early arrivals, when possible, unfortunately our housekeeping staff does need time to clean rooms and prepare them for our new guests so it is not always possible to get guests into the hotel early. We also understand that our complimentary breakfast is not to everyones taste, and while we do offer a variety of items, we do not have a full kitchen on property to customize breakfast for each guest. We do hope that you will give us another chance in the future should you return to the area.
